BOOK NEWS!!!!!!
OK, so I’m seriously excited. Some of you know (because you’ve been an intrinsic part of it 😘💕) that I’ve been working on my book ‘Shelfie’ with @octopus_books_ since late last year. Well, today I’m thrilled to announce that it is now just a matter of weeks until it hits the shelves (it’s out on July 12). Doing shelfies began just over a year ago as a way of clustering together my favourite objects so I could drool over them before sharing them with my Instachums. But I soon realised it meant so much more to me than that in so many ways: space-clearing, curating my favourite pieces, telling a story, playing with colour and – crucially – a way of being ‘actively mindful’ to help keep anxiety demons at bay. Cue ‘Shelfie’ #shelfiebook I’m working on a cluster of exciting shelfie projects at the moment and will fill you in when I have more info. In the meantime, I’ll continue to shelfie on my blog and Instafeed, mainly on account of the fact that I just can’t stop: I’m an incurable shelfie addict.
