I’ve never quite seen ice cream in the same way since, as a teenager, I thought that mango sorbet, mint choc chip and toffee in the same cup was a good idea (FYI, it really isn’t 🤢). However, I remain a massive fan of ice cream on the basis of colour alone. I mean, what’s not to love (see top right)? What’s your ice cream dream team? And does colour ever figure in your choices?
