Good morning, my colourful friends.
Second-in-command is on the mend, the sun is shining and colour is exploding EVERYWHERE. Life is good 😊 . A few years back, when things weren’t so good (bloody awful, in fact), one of the things I did to remind myself that I was doing ok was to listen to ‘Superwoman’ by Alicia Keys (I thought about it when I visited the Brooklyn Superhero Supply Company and saw these cool pots of kryptonite – every household needs one). ‘Even when I’m a mess I still put on a vest with an S on my chest, oh yes, I’m a superwoman.’ Supreme words. I didn’t always believe them but sometimes just saying (or singing) things is enough to plant an ‘Everything’s going to be ok’ seed that can lead to recovery and more. Whatever you’re doing today, hope it’s a super one. Big love.
