Where to find colour in London: Liberty’s

Where do you head to when you’re feeling flat, melancholy or in need of recalibrating after your cage has been well and truly rattled?

Naturally, I go to somewhere that’s bursting with colour, texture and life – where else but @libertylondon Even Oscar Wilde adored the place for its sublime aesthetic: ‘Liberty is the chosen resort of the artistic shopper’, he once said.

I find that Liberty’s is like an exercise in sensory displacement, knocking negativity out of the way with thoughts and sights of beautiful things.

It’s not an instant panacea, but the reparation has begun.

Where is your ‘feel-good’ place – and is it colourful? Do let me know.
